Iowa Teen Brothers Face Felony Charges For Pulling Bark Off A Tree

Guest post by US of ARN

Talk about punishment not fitting the crime.

A pair of Iowa step-brothers, aged 13 and 14, are facing felony charges of criminal mischief for having pulled pieces of bark off of a tree at a Mason City, Iowa elementary school.

Mason City police estimate that the boys caused over $1,000 in damages; stemming from their belief that the tree will die as a result of the missing bark.

No word yet on whether or not Mason City police will be filing charges against area beavers, black bears, squirrels, deer, or field mice for causing similar damage to trees.

Naturally the boys mother is livid.

Palestinian Supporters Send Hate Tweets To Joan Rivers’ Daughter “I Hope Your Mom Dies Soon”

Recently, Joan Rivers caused outrage among Muslim and Progressive communities when she made statements about Hamas and the Palestinians who elected them.

Now that Joan Rivers is in the hospital, possibly about to die, those Muslim and Progressive communities are getting their revenge on her daughter, Melissa Rivers.

As you read these, remember, they were ALL sent to her daughter.

One lone supporter of Hamas showed an ounce of compassion:

Our thoughts are with Joan and Melissa Rivers and their family/loved-ones.

To The Families Of James Foley And Steven Sotloff, I’m Sorry

Guest post by US of ARN

sotloff
The ISIS terror group beheaded 31 year-old American journalist Steven Sotloff.

I wish to convey my most heart-felt sympathies to the families of American journalist James Foley and Steven Sotloff, both of whom have been murdered at the hands of a genocidal Islamic barbarian horde known as ISIS.

To James’ and Steve’s parents, children, spouses, friends and extended family I want to say I’m sorry.

I’m sorry that even after a year of daily intelligence briefings President Obama still doesn’t have a strategy to defeat these cockroaches.

I’m sorry that our indecisive commander-in-chief waited a month to send American special forces into Syria to try and rescue your loved ones.

I’m sorry President Obama cares more about his tee time than the lives of Americans held hostage by terrorist.

Neighbor Reports Lemonade Stand to Authorities As “Illegal Business”

12 year old T.J. Guerrero got more than he bargained for when he tried to save up for an iPod by setting up a lemonade stand in his front yard. Guerrero’s stand went viral after a neighbor, Doug Wilkey went on a rampage against the child’s stand by reporting him to the city of Dunedin Florida.

The 61 year old Wilkey has reportedly contacted city officials four times in the past two years about the stand, arguing the stand is an “illegal business” that reduces property values.

“The city could possibly face repercussion in the event someone became ill from spoiled/contaminated food or drink sales,” wrote Wilkey in an email. “If this were a once a year event by a couple kids to earn a little money for a holiday or something, I would not have a problem with it… I am very worried about the value of my home, which is why I built in a residential area, not a business area.”

“Please help me regain my quiet home and neighborhood,” added Wilkey.

According to The Tampa Bay Times, a community police officer was sent to investigate the issue on more than one occasion, but found no issue with Guerrero’s stand. The officer even polled the neighbors and found no objections other than Wilkey’s. Reports add that neighbors were “baffled that anyone complained.”

While investigations failed to yield any wrongdoings on the part of the 12 year old entrepreneur, it appears that Wilkey himself has been violating city business ordinances. The Washington Post reports that Wilkey used his home address for his business. According to city officials, they are currently drafting a letter to Wilkey informing him that he must purchase a business license and sign an affidavit to avoid facing a daily fine.

Far from being deterred by his neighbor’s bullying, young T.J. kept his stand open, and is doing better than ever. Business has exploded since Wilkey’s complaints made headlines across the globe. The Washington Post reports that in addition to community support, a local radio host has helped T.J. raise awareness of his stand, and at the same time his sales.

T.J. was even invited to throw out the first pitch at the Blue Jays playoff game.

WaPo Crank Posts #MikeBrown Whitewash – Then Bashes Progressives Today & Gateway Pundit

Earlier today, The Gateway Pundit posted an article debunking a fluff piece about “Gentle Giant” Mike Brown’s aspirations as a young hip hop artist.

The Washington Post’s Wesley Lowrey completely whitewashed the vulgar and violent lyrical stylings of Brown leading GP to post the following:

AWFUL. WaPo Writer Wesley Lowery COMPLETELY Whitewashes #MikeBrown’s Filthy Rap Lyrics

they were like many young men who used the music — the bravado about women and cars and fast money — as a means to escape their own realities.

In later tracks, God and Christianity are prominent. His uncle said Brown, at the urging of his stepmother, had been recently baptized. In one song, he calls his stepmother, Calvina Brown, his best friend.

Really, Wesley?
*** Here is the truth about Michael Brown’s filthy rap lyrics

We thought it would be informative to tweet out some of #GentleGiant Mike Brown’s lyrics so people could have a more complete understanding of what Wesley means when he describes Gentle Mike’s lyrics as having “Bravado” – and that’s when Wesley got upset, attacking Gateway Pundit and Progressives Today.

Wesley responded:

That’s when Wesley became upset and started tweeting insults and invective:

By lashing out at readers and critics this way, Wesley is effectively injecting himself into the narrative of his coverage. This isn’t the first time he’s done this. You might remember Wesley from when he made himself a part of the story in Ferguson when he refused to comply with police who were evacuating a McDonalds near the riot zone.
