SUNY Buffalo Professor Says Republicans And Christians to Blame For Orlando Terror Attack

Jonathan Katz

The American left is proving on a daily basis that they are unwilling to accept reality and will use their petty prejudices to blame everyone but the actual terrorist for the Orlando attack.

This professor is just the latest example.

The Daily Caller reported:

Public College Prof: ISIS Is A ‘Distraction,’ Christians Real Culprit For Orlando

A University at Buffalo (SUNY-Buffalo) professor is claiming any attention given to Islamic State and Islamic radicalism after the Orlando shooting is “deliberate misdirection” distracting people from the much greater threat of Christians and the Republican party.

“This was an American killing Americans because they were queer and that has not been forcefully articulated,” Jonathan Katz said in a news release put out by the school. “What we are trying to do here is camouflage the root of the problem, which is a long history of violent political rhetoric and homophobic policies by Republican officials and their conservative allies.

Katz, an art history professor, also claims to be the first full-time academic to earn tenure in the field of gay and lesbian studies, which he taught at the City College of San Francisco.

The school characterizes Katz’s statements as “research news,” though Katz’s comments appear to simply be his opinion as an art professor. Katz’s opinion is that blame for Omar Mateen, a radical Muslim who pledged allegiance to ISIS both before and during his massacre of 49 people at a gay nightclub, should rest with Christian conservatives, whom he describes as “our enemies.”

The American people are smarter than than this professor.

He and his progressive pals are just telling themselves what they want to hear.

When in doubt, blame: Bush, Conservatives, Republicans, Christians, Caucasians, corporations, NRA.

If all else fails, scream RACIST (or other applicable -it’s or -phobic term) until you pass out.

He reflects the values of his peers as well. I doubt he knows or is in direct personal contact with many Republicans. His lack of understanding of Christians is puzzling, but anti Christian attitudes seem edgy these days, and society has been slow to embrace the gay agenda. How could he miss that Islam is the gays’ worst enemy, an open and outspoken threat to gays and lesbians?

The ironic thing is that notion that terrorism is not the root of the problem has some merit. However. it is the liberals that are the root of all the, terroristic, economic, and cultural problems we face. Defeat them, and the rest will get easier.

    Hey ISIS

This art professor Jonathan Katz has his students draw, paint and sculp depictions of Mohamed being sodomized by a Christian crusader. its true, I heard it from a guy who knows a guy who dated a girl whose brother was a student in his class.

    #thinkisisgetssarcasm?

Islamic doctrine is clear in that Gays must be killed. The shooter self-identified as an Islamic terrorist and shouted ‘Allahu akbar” while shooting Gays. And he also attended a mosque for many years.

So obviously, it’s the fault of Christians!

    “When worlds collide…”

This is just the beginning and we all (those of us with brains) know it.

They will blame Christians, Conservatives, Republicans, Straight Folks, etc., but eventually there will be no more denying. The problem is CLEARLY that Islam is INCOMPATIBLE WITH WESTERN CIVILIZATION. Deny it all you want, but eventually the deniers will have their faces rubbed in the harsh reality.

During a conference held in May 2013,
Qureshi complained that the media often frames views such as “the death
penalty for homosexuals” or the subjugation of women as only being held
    by radical Muslims.

“I always try to tell them
that….these are general views that every Muslim actually has….every
Muslim believes in these things,” says Qureshi.

    Qureshi
then asks the audience of Muslim attendees – black, white and Arab – to
raise their hands if they agree with gender segregation and stoning
women for adultery, as taught by the Koran.

Virtually every single ‘moderate’ Muslim in the room raises their hand to agree with these positions.

You are 100% correct, sir. It’s all in the “Holy Book”, called the Koran and in their other “Holy Books” called the Hadiths and the Suras. This is Islam and this is not considered radical by Muslims. Only the Rinos and the Democrats pretend that his isn’t mainstream Islam. Don’t let them try to fool you, it might cost you your life.

Wow, what a stupid, dishonest, agenda driven zealot of a professor! Disgusting but typical these days. This is a window into the effects of the destructive indoctrination by the Progressive Cabal, and it’s generations deep now.

Democrats never take any responsibility. They also never assign any responsibility to their protected classes.

Mateen was a registered democrat. And a muslim. And most likely a conflicted gay.

So clearly his act of terrorism must be the fault of evil Republicans and Christians, and even Trump. Because everyone knows that democrats, muslims, and gays are not responsible for their actions, right?

My guess is that SUNY-Buffalo is a NY taxpayer-funded institution of higher ‘learning’. Here’s hoping that every NY taxpayer that took offense to what this mental midget said contacts his/her state legislator and demands better accountability of the $$ he/she has been paying in taxes to support this institution!

Why is it that Jews are always the ones calling Christians Nazis and that everything is their fault? A different Jewish law professor at Harvard, Mark Tushnet said that the government should treat Christians the way we treated the Nazis after WW II. It was Christians that allowed the Jews to enter America after they were run out of Europe and other nations. I know a lot of people are really getting sick of the persecution of Christians in the Middle East and now in America. Luckily, Christian Americans won’t go meekly into the ovens. We will fight for our country and our religion.

It is “Professors” like these, that profess to know what they are talking about, that pass their own opinions and beliefs off as truth, which is most cases is far from it. If his colleagues in ENGINEERING or MATH tried eliminate the laws of GRAVITY and FRICTION, or started a campaign to assert that 2+2=6, they would be laughed off the faculty as this extremist well should resign his position before he warps too many young minds.
